Job Description ? Lead production team to accomplish goals and objectives by:
+ Ensuring work is performed in a safe manner and that all TRW HSE policies and practices are followed
+ Ensure that product is produced in a quality manner and that all Quality processes and procedures are followed.
+ Monitor productivity to ensure productions goals are met
? Ensure team is adequately trained.
? Establish a positive and cooperative employee environment regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance.
? Foster participation and teamwork by encouraging employee involvement, soliciting input on process improvements, and using employee ideas whenever appropriate.
? Lead continuous improvement plans and activities of the team
? Monitor and deploy appropriate headcount needs to meet production demands
? Communicate daily production priorities
? Report on daily production metrics
Education Requirements
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
?Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred
Experience and Skill Requirements
Requirements and qualifications:
?Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment or recent engineering degree graduate.
?Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams.
?Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Demonstrates flexibility and ability to make quick decisions and respond to changing priorities and challenges.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Conditions:
?Majority of time spent on manufacturing floor with moderate noise levels requiring hearing protection, also requires safety glasses and steel toed shoes
?Occasional weekends required
Physical Demands
?Must be able to move around the production floor 80% of the time
?The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office to access office equipment, attend meetings etc.
?Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer 15% of the time.
?Occasionally moves parts, weighing up to 30 pounds short distances.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
