Job Description:
Quality Assurance Auditor General
Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing by assuring processes are executed correctly and parts and finished products meet Mencom specifications.
Provide support in quality decision making and feedback to supporting processes.
Specific Responsibilities 1.
Perform Quality Audits a.
Process Audits b.
Part/product audits c.
Quality Systems audits 2.
Verify Nonconforming material 3.
Inspect rework 4.
Daily Quality Reports 5.
Support and follow up on corrective action 6.
Support purge process of nonconforming material 7.
Provide Quality training support of new employees and cross training of existing employees 8.
Support RMA activities including the quarantine and inspection of stock 9.
Investigate potential quality issues based on quality data 10.
Assist in updating Mfg documentation Skills Needed 1.
Good communication skills 2.
Good computer skills 3.
Ability to work well with people 4.
Basic print readings skills 5.
Use basic measuring instruments 6.
Basic PC skills 7.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
