Responsibilities:
Inspect purchased, subcontracted and in-house products with use of test equipments, measuring devices like Caliper, Micrometer, Optical comparator, and other tools.
Record inspection results in compliance with document control procedures Ensure products are manufactured as designed without imperfections or weaknesses Maintain quality standards throughout all processes Perform various gauge calibration/verification as required Perform First article, process capability support Investigate potential quality issues based on analysis of quality data Continue to learn and qualify in all aspects of quality control Support the quality management system's internal and external surveillance audits.
Comply with all safety requirements Skills Needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the use of test equipment, measuring devices and computers to record and evaluate information.
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and drawings/prints.
Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot the root cause of issues found in production and during the pacout process Good computer skills with job specific programs Good written and oral communication skills Ability to work well with people Everyday bending, crouching, stooping, standing, and overhead reaching Excellent decision-making skills Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
