SharePoint Administrator

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The SharePoint Administrator will manage all aspects of the SharePoint environment, including content management, design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security of the portal.
This position plays an integral part in the development of strategies for optimal use of SharePoint and other collaborative tools within the organization.
Administrator must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
oOversee SharePoint portal server infrastructure, user access and data deployment including supporting the design, installation, configuration security, operation, upgrades and maintenance of the system oStandardize content and coordinate management to optimize the way data/ information is stored and retrievedoAct as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environmentoManage the SharePoint servers including daily monitoring; troubleshoot and analyze issues fix server issues; ensuring the platform is updated oPartner with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to design and develop solutions addressing business need; identify opportunities and propose changes to make the SharePoint environmentoDevelop and deliver training on the use and functionality of SharePoint, updating as neededoPerform additional relevant duties as assigned SUPERVISOR

oBachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field from an accredited institutionoMicrosoft Certified Solution Expert:

SharePoint Application EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
oMinimum six (6) years' experience in SharePoint Administration including design, development, implementation and maintenance oDemonstrated six (6) years leadership experience including solid project management experience, policy adherence, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively oProject management including organization and execution of projects and documenting both technical and functional aspects in alignment with business workflowoExperienced in SharePoint Designer, Visio, Visual Studio and Web Development/ programming:
Power Apps and Flow, HTML, JavaScript SQL knowledge oAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of successoExcellent communication (both verbal and written) with ability to impart information to all levels of the organization in a professional manneroAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of successSAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
