Must have knowledge of the rules and regulations of Bright From The Start and agree to keep the center in accordance with said rules.
Must have previous experience managing a childcare center Be customer service orientated and self driven Possess a strong work ethic and have minimal absences while being on time Be a professional, positive role model for all employees and children Interact with parents daily and speak with them about their child Assist in classrooms, when necessary to fill in when teacher is out.
Be comfortable with computers and learning new software Provide general support to the executive Director Assist with minor maintenance duties to help ensure the efficient operation of a quality childcare program Assist in all matters of day-to-day operations Handle paperwork functions in the center Manage staff schedules to cover all ratios Assist the executive Director in monitoring, evaluating, supporting, and training of the staff Handle inquiries and center tours according to policy.
Convert inquires to tours and tours to enrollments.
Maintain a professional self-image and project the values of the organization at all times THIS POSITION DOESN'T REQUIRE FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE AS ALL TUITION PAYMENTS AND BANKING INFO IS DONE BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
